We strive to create an environment that is comprised of a strong competitive team and a large developmental team, while establishing opportunities for learning, inclusion, and growth of all members and partners. As ambassadors to the sports of cycling and triathlon we strive to share our passions with others by encouraging involvement with an open and friendly culture.

As a club we feel we are not only responsible for the development of our team and its members, but also for the success of the sport and its partners. We are making great strides in managing our visual communications as well as our physical presence in the athletic community.

Our team regularly participates in Road, Mountain, Cyclocross, and Triathlon events throughout the Southwest and consistently has a presence on the podium. Members proudly wear the team kit at all races in order to build exposure for our team as well as our partners.

Tempe and greater Phoenix are hubs for numerous triathlon events including Ironman, Soma, Tempe International, and countless smaller triathlons and duathlons throughout the course of the year. We create and maintain a large presence in the sport by volunteering with our affiliated partners as well as hosting numerous related events.
